What do we check in the artwork?
Artwork checking reduces the risk of common production errors, but it does not replace the customer’s own content review.

- Bleed is included where required
- Image resolution appears sufficient
- We report obvious technical problems
The customer must always check text, names, prices, dates, contact details, QR codes and all other content information.
RGB and Canva artwork work well in digital printing
RGB artwork created in Canva and many other applications is well suited to digital print production. You do not need to convert the artwork to CMYK yourself before ordering.
The press colour-management system converts the artwork during production according to the selected press and material. Correctly prepared CMYK files are also suitable for printing.

Can I order from aDigi without requesting a quote?
Yes. Most standard products can be priced and ordered directly in the online shop. A quote is usually only required for custom or more extensive projects.
Is the artwork checked before printing?
We check basic technical details such as file functionality, size, page count and bleed. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the content.
Can I submit artwork created in Canva?
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF from Canva and include bleed when an image or background colour extends to the edge.
Does the artwork have to be in CMYK?
Not necessarily. Both RGB and CMYK artwork are suitable for aDigi’s digital production. You do not need to convert RGB artwork to CMYK yourself.
Where are the products printed?
Most printed products are manufactured in aDigi’s own production facility in Hakaniemi, Helsinki. Selected partners may be used for specialist products.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Completed orders can be collected from aDigi in Hakaniemi or delivered to your chosen address.
How quickly are printed products completed?
Production time depends on the product, quantity, material and finishing. Many standard products are completed quickly, and some can be ready within 24 hours.
Can I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We can produce a printed proof or a sample that closely resembles the finished product before the full print run.
