Leaflet 99×210 mm, 6-page accordion fold
A DL-sized leaflet that folds into three equal-width panels – the accordion fold opens out in a zigzag as one continuous surface, so the whole message is visible at once.
Works perfectly when content flows logically: routes, timelines, steps and comparisons. A popular choice for companies, event organisers and associations at trade fairs, in stores and for direct marketing.
Easy to order online – printed in Helsinki, with fast delivery anywhere in Finland.

Materials and finishing
The accordion fold leaflet is available in three paper options. The material is selected during checkout in the online store.
A matt surface that's pleasant to read. Ideal for a content-rich leaflet with plenty of text.
Bright colour reproduction and sharp images. A great choice for visual, image-led leaflets.
100% recycled paper, when sustainability is part of the message. The lighter weight folds well.
Printing and folding
- Double-sided, full colour – all six pages printed
- Machine accordion folding – a clean, even zigzag fold
Fold type and size
In an accordion fold, the panels fold alternately in opposite directions, so the leaflet opens out as one continuous surface. The finished size is a handy DL (99 × 210 mm).
- Format: A4 folded, resulting in a 6-page 99 × 210 mm leaflet
- Finished size – 99 × 210 mm (DL) – fits an envelope and a display stand
- Flat (unfolded) – 297 × 210 mm (A4) – three equal-width panels
- Page count: 6 pages (2 folds), three panels on each side
- Delivery time: ready in as little as 24 hours (print-ready PDF)
Other fold and size options
- 6-page roll fold – same size, one panel folds inside
- 4-page (half fold) – when you have less to say
- A5 and A4 leaflets – when you need a larger surface
How to set up the fold correctly
Build the artwork on an A4 base (297 × 210 mm) and split it into three equal-width panels. Unlike a roll fold, all panels in an accordion fold are the same width, because they fold in a zigzag and none tucks under another.
Panels (both sides):

Outside: 99 + 99 + 99 mm
Inside: 99 + 99 + 99 mm

Who is the accordion fold leaflet for?
The accordion fold is at its best when content flows logically from one step to the next and you want the whole message visible at once.
Logically flowing content
- Routes and maps
- Timelines and programmes
- Step-by-step guides
- Comparisons and options
Typical users
- Companies: product and service intros
- Events: programme and route leaflets
- Associations: member and campaign bulletins
Suits client meetings, sales use, event marketing, mailings and display.
Typical print quantities
aDigi is an agile digital printer – small runs make sense, and campaign series can be split into several deliveries.
- 50–200 pcs – a small event or trial campaign
- 500 pcs – a typical store or trade-fair campaign
- 1,000–2,000 pcs – a larger event or letterbox distribution
- 5,000+ pcs – a wide campaign, ask for a separate quote
RGB or CMYK?
Our modern digital presses often reproduce RGB colours more accurately than traditional CMYK printing. In practice both work – aDigi does not force CMYK.
- Leave the artwork in the colour space it was created in
- There's no need to convert RGB artwork to CMYK
- If the artwork is originally CMYK, leave it as is
- Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign all work
Most common artwork mistakes
- Uneven fold-line spacing – the panels don't line up
- Missing bleed – the background doesn't reach the edge
- Important text on the fold line – readability suffers
- Too much content on one panel
Frequently asked questions
What is the finished and flat size of the leaflet?
The finished folded size is 99 × 210 mm (DL) and flat the artwork is 297 × 210 mm (A4), i.e. three panels side by side.
What does an accordion fold mean?
The panels fold alternately in opposite directions (zigzag), so the leaflet opens out as one continuous surface. Great for routes and timelines.
Are the panels equal width?
Yes. In an accordion fold all three panels are the same width, 99 + 99 + 99 mm. Only the roll fold has one narrower panel.
What's the difference between accordion and roll fold?
The accordion fold opens in a zigzag as one surface; in a roll fold one panel folds inside under the others. The content decides which suits.
FAQ – artwork
What's the difference between matt offset and silk paper?
Matt offset is matte and easy to read – good for text. Silk is smooth and bright – good for images. Both 170 g.
When should I choose recycled paper?
When sustainability is part of your message. The 160 g matt recycled paper is 100% recycled and folds well.
How fast are the leaflets ready?
From a print-ready PDF the leaflet is ready in as little as 24 hours. Mention your preferred date when ordering.
Does the artwork need to be in CMYK?
Not necessarily. Our digital presses often reproduce RGB colours accurately, so RGB can stay RGB. CMYK artwork doesn't need converting.
