B5 sits between A4 and A5. It suits a member magazine, guide or brochure that needs room for text. Choose the cover and inside papers separately for this stapled booklet.
Papers
Cover: 170 gsm matte, 170 gsm smooth or 160 gsm recycled paper.
Inside pages: 100 gsm matte, 115 gsm smooth or 120 gsm recycled paper.
Artwork
Supply one print-ready PDF with all pages in reading order, as individual pages rather than spreads. The page count must be divisible by four, for example 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages. The PDF must have the same number of pages.
Finished size: B5 (176 × 250 mm).
Member magazine VAT
The sale of the print run of a non-profit association's member magazine can be VAT-free (Finnish VAT Act, section 56): no VAT is added to the printing invoice when the conditions are met:
- Published at least 4 times a year
- The publisher is a non-profit community
- Mainly for members or members of member communities
- Not published as a business activity
