An A4 booklet gives photographs and text room on the page. The stapled format suits a product brochure, guide or member magazine. Choose the cover and inside papers separately.
Papers
Cover: 170 or 300 gsm matte, 170 or 300 gsm smooth, or 160 gsm recycled paper.
Inside pages: 100, 120 or 170 gsm matte, 115, 130 or 170 gsm smooth, or 120 gsm recycled paper.
Artwork
Supply one print-ready PDF with all pages in reading order, as individual pages rather than spreads. The page count must be divisible by four, for example 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages. The PDF must have the same number of pages.
Finished size: A4 (210 × 297 mm).
Member magazine VAT
The sale of the print run of a non-profit association's member magazine can be VAT-free (Finnish VAT Act, section 56). In practice this means no VAT is added to the printing invoice when the conditions are met.
- Published at least 4 times a year
- The publisher is a non-profit community (as defined by the Tax Administration)
- Mainly for members or members of member communities
- Not a business activity: the magazine is not published as a trade
