If the content is text-heavy or needs lists, A5 is often better. If it needs to fit easily in an envelope, 99 × 210 mm may be more practical.

Finished size is 140 × 140 mm. Add 2 mm bleed on each edge, making the print-ready PDF 144 × 144 mm. Keep text, logos and important images at least 4 mm inside the trim line.
