Wait until your order is ready

Please do not come to collect your order until we have notified you that it is ready or the pickup time has otherwise been confirmed. This ensures that your order is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Pickup in Hakaniemi on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00

aDigi is located in Siltasaari, Hakaniemi, Helsinki. Finished orders can be collected from our print shop on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00 once the order is ready or a pickup time has been agreed.

Someone else can collect your order

Another person can collect the order on your behalf. They should have enough information for us to identify the order, such as the name of the customer or company.

If the order is to be paid by card at pickup, the person collecting it will also need to make the payment. Alternatively, we can send the customer a payment link so the order can be paid in advance.

Payment at pickup

If payment has been arranged for pickup, the order can be paid by card when it is collected.

If someone else is collecting the order and you prefer to pay for it yourself, ask us for a payment link. You can then pay in advance, and the person collecting the order only needs to pick up the finished package.

Urgent orders and pickups

If you need your printed products by a specific date or time, please let us know when placing your order. We can then confirm whether the requested production and pickup schedule is possible.
