What's the difference between a lanyard card and an event pass?
In practice the same physical product. The lanyard card emphasises a name card worn on a lanyard, while the event pass emphasises role and access control (staff, performers, VIP, media, plus zones and days).
How does personalisation work?
Supply one background template (PDF) and a name list (Excel). We merge the data and print each pass fully personalised – you don't have to make the passes one by one.
Can I get the passes with lanyards?
Yes. Lanyards are available as an option – ask for lanyards with the same order to get a complete set.
How fast will I get the passes?
Delivery time depends on the quantity and personalisation. We'll give you an estimated schedule when we check the artwork – for time-critical events, get in touch in good time.
