Posti Express – our recommended delivery option
Posti Express is our recommended option for most printed product orders. The shipment is delivered directly to the recipient's address during the working day, so there is normally no need to collect it from a parcel locker or service point.
Large and heavy print shipments
Printed products can result in fairly large and heavy shipments. A single parcel may weigh around 10–30 kg, and larger orders may be divided into several parcels. Direct Express delivery is therefore often the most convenient option, particularly for business customers.
Small Parcel for lightweight orders
Small shipments weighing less than 2 kg can be sent using Posti's Small Parcel service if the package fits through the recipient's letterbox or into a mailbox. This can be a convenient option for small orders of cards, stickers and other lightweight printed products.
Delivery to a parcel locker
Orders can also be delivered to a Posti parcel locker. This is a convenient option when the recipient prefers to collect the parcel at a suitable time. For heavy shipments or orders consisting of several parcels, we generally recommend Express delivery directly to the recipient's address.
Email address and phone number are required
For Posti deliveries, we need the recipient's email address and phone number. These contact details are used for tracking and delivery notifications. Please also check the delivery address carefully when placing your order.
Printed products are packed for transport
We pack printed products according to their size, quantity and type to protect them during transport. Larger orders may be divided into several parcels, making the shipment easier to handle while keeping the printed products properly protected.
Production time and transport time are separate
Transport time begins once the printed products are ready and the shipment has been handed over to Posti. Delivery time is therefore additional to the production time. If you need your order by a specific date, remember to allow sufficient time for transport as well.
