Materials and finishing

The 4-page A5 leaflet is printed on a single sheet, folded down the centre. The same paper serves as both cover and inside pages, so the available weights are sturdy – the result feels premium and stays neat.

Paper options

170 g
Matt

The most popular choice. A soft, elegant surface and easy-to-read text.

170 g
Smooth (semi-gloss)

Brighter colour reproduction – great for an image-led leaflet.

160 g
Matt, 100% recycled paper

Made from 100% recycled fibre. Natural white shade.

FSC- and PEFC-certified paper: all the papers we use are certified with either the FSC or PEFC label. This guarantees the paper is made from responsibly managed forests.

Paper tip: for an image-led leaflet, smooth 170 g reproduces colours more vividly. For text-heavy content, matt is often more pleasant to read.

Who is the A5 leaflet for?

The 4-page A5 leaflet is a practical choice when content needs more room than fits on one page, but a multi-page booklet isn't worth making. The cover, inside spread and back cover give four natural areas for content.

  • Product intros – a single product or product family presented clearly
  • Service descriptions – the service, benefits and contact details
  • Campaigns and offers – a campaign message and call to action
  • Trade fairs and events – a light leaflet to take along
  • Store and premises – a leaflet on the counter or in a stand
  • Direct distribution and mailing – fits an envelope
  • Associations and clubs – a member or activity bulletin
  • Price lists and guides – a concise info package for the customer

Frequently asked questions

How soon will I get the leaflets?

Normal delivery time is 2–4 business days. For urgent orders 24-hour or even same-day delivery is possible, depending on the artwork.

What's the difference between a 4-page and a multi-page leaflet?

A 4-page leaflet is one sheet folded down the centre – four pages in total. A multi-page leaflet is a saddle-stitched booklet where the page count is a multiple of four (8, 12, 16 etc.). The 4-page version is enough for most presentations; if you have lots of content, choose multi-page.

Is the A5 leaflet suitable for direct distribution and mailing?

Yes. A5 is light and compact, so it fits an envelope and is cheap to distribute. A popular choice for product and campaign distribution.

Which paper should I choose?

The most popular is 170 g matt. For an image-led leaflet, smooth 170 g reproduces colours more vividly. 160 g recycled paper is a good option when recyclability matters.

What's the minimum print run?

Our digital press works well even in small runs – a typical run is 25–500 copies depending on the use case. Even a small order matters to us.

Is the printing eco-friendly?

Yes. We print leaflets with eco-friendly plant-based inks – modern toners are made from renewable raw materials instead of mineral oil. In addition, all our papers are FSC- or PEFC-certified. We also offer 100% recycled paper as an option.

How is the fold done?

We fold the 4-page leaflet by machine down the centre. After folding, the result is a neat A5-sized booklet that opens like a small book.
