When this size is right
Choose A4 for event information, notices, retail campaigns, price lists, instructions and one-page product or service introductions.
When to choose another size
If A4 becomes too crowded, move to a folded brochure or booklet. If the piece is mainly handed out fast, A5 or A6 may be easier to use.
Artwork
Finished size is 210 × 297 mm. Add 2 mm bleed on each edge, making the print-ready PDF 214 × 301 mm. Keep text, logos and important images at least 4 mm inside the trim line.
