A 4-page A5 event programme is a compact printed programme for concerts, theatre performances, shows, celebrations and other events. One sheet is folded in half to A5 size, giving you four pages: a front cover, a two-page inside spread and a back cover.
Four pages provide plenty of space for the event schedule, programme, performers or speakers, as well as sponsors and contact details. The compact A5 format is easy to hand out at the entrance, ticket desk or auditorium, or place on seats ready for your guests.

The programme is printed on a single sheet and folded in half to A5 size. The same paper forms both the cover and inside pages, so 160–170 gsm paper gives the programme a pleasantly substantial feel.

Please supply your artwork preferably as one print-ready PDF file, with the pages in normal reading order. We will take care of imposing the pages correctly for printing and folding.

How much content fits in a 4-page programme?
You have a front cover, two inside pages and a back cover. Typically, the cover features the event name and visual identity, the inside spread contains the main programme and performer information, while the back cover can be used for sponsors, contact details or additional information.
What is the difference between a 4-page and multi-page event programme?
A 4-page programme is made from a single sheet folded in half. A multi-page programme is booklet-style and usually saddle stitched along the spine. If you have extensive content, performer profiles, photographs or articles, a multi-page programme provides considerably more space.
Can I order programmes for a small event?
Yes. Digital printing is ideal for small print runs, so there is no need to order a large quantity simply because of the printing method. You can order a quantity that suits the size of your event.
Which paper should I choose?
170 gsm matt is an excellent all-round choice and comfortable to read. If your programme contains plenty of photographs or colourful graphics, 170 gsm smooth semi-gloss paper provides brighter image reproduction. A 160 gsm 100% recycled paper option is also available.
Can I send my artwork in RGB?
Yes. CMYK is recommended for print artwork, but you can also send us RGB files. Please note that the brightest RGB colours visible on a screen may appear more subdued when printed.
How quickly can event programmes be printed?
Normal production time is typically a few working days. For urgent event orders, production may be possible within 24 hours when print-ready artwork is supplied and production capacity allows.
How are the programmes delivered?
You can collect your finished programmes from the aDigi print shop in Hakaniemi, Helsinki, or order delivery to your event venue or another address anywhere in Finland.
