Posters are inserted behind transparent protective pockets, making them quick and easy to replace without tools.

Recommended for outdoor use and damp environments. The grey back prevents show-through. - Paper poster
An economical option for indoor use and short-term promotions. - LED UV printing
Prints are instantly dry and offer excellent durability with vivid colours.
Artwork specifications
- File format Print-ready PDF
- Finished size 500 × 700 mm or 700 × 1000 mm depending on the product
- Bleed 3 mm on all sides
- Resolution 150–200 ppi at final size is sufficient for most A-board posters
- Safe area Keep important text and logos at least 25 mm from the edges
- Colour mode CMYK recommended, RGB files also accepted
Tips for an effective A-board poster
- One clear message – communicate the most important information first.
- Large, readable text – your message should be easy to read while walking past.
- Strong visuals – avoid overcrowding the poster with too many elements.
- High contrast – ensure text stands out clearly from the background.
- Call to action – for example "Welcome", "Today's Lunch" or "Entrance Here".

Frequently asked questions
How many posters does an A-board require?
A double-sided A-board uses two posters. They can display identical or completely different artwork.
How much of a 500 × 700 mm poster is visible?
The visible area is approximately 450 × 650 mm, as the frame overlaps the poster by about 25 mm on each side.
Which material is recommended for outdoor use?
Weather-resistant synthetic material is recommended outdoors. Paper posters are best suited for indoor or short-term use.
Do the protective pockets keep the posters dry?
They protect against moisture, dirt and splashes, but for long-term outdoor use we recommend synthetic poster material.
Can I replace the posters later?
Yes. Simply open the protective pockets and insert new posters without any tools.
Can the curved header display my own logo?
Yes. We can produce a custom sticker with your company logo, business name or permanent message.
Can an A-board be used in strong winds?
It is suitable for normal outdoor use, but during strong winds or storms it should be moved indoors or to a sheltered location.
