An event wristband is a fast and reliable way to identify paying guests – at festivals, concerts, trade fairs, spas and nightclubs. The wristband closes with a ready-fitted adhesive strip, so no separate rivets or buckles are needed.
The material is a thin, 120-micron synthetic film that withstands water, sweat and extended outdoor use without tearing. Width is chosen based on the use case – 15 mm, 17 mm or 19 mm – with a fixed length of 260 mm that fits most wrists. Printing is full-colour (CMYK), so logos, event names and colour-coded guest categories reproduce accurately.
Order easily online – upload a print-ready PDF, choose the width and quantity, and add sequential numbering if needed. Wristbands can also be ordered as several different colours or designs in one order, for example for different event days or guest categories.

The wristband has a total length of 260 mm, making it suitable for most wrists. Depending on the wrist size and fastening position, approximately 180–190 mm of the wristband remains visible when worn.

Material and fastening
The thin and flexible synthetic material withstands water, perspiration and several days of normal event use.
A lightweight, water-resistant synthetic material suitable for standard indoor and outdoor events.
Fastening: pre-applied adhesive closure. The wristband is secured around the wrist without separate tools. Once the adhesive has been closed, the wristband cannot be opened or transferred to another person without damaging it. This makes it a reliable way to manage access rights.

- Finished size: 260 mm × selected width (15, 17 or 19 mm)
- Bleed: 3 mm on each edge
- PDF size including bleed: 266 × 21 mm, 266 × 23 mm or 266 × 25 mm
- Visible area when worn: approximately 180–190 mm, depending on the wrist size and fastening position
- Safe area: keep text, logos and other important elements at least 3 mm inside the trim edge
- Fastening area: do not place important text or logos near the fastening end, as part of the wristband overlaps when worn
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Colours: leave the artwork in the colour mode in which it was created – both RGB and CMYK files are accepted
- Numbering: state the required starting and ending numbers when placing your order

The typical production time is a few working days after the artwork has been approved. For urgent orders, the wristbands may be available in as little as one working day. Please contact us in advance to confirm the schedule.
Can the wristbands be numbered?
Yes. Sequential numbering can be added to the wristbands, making it easier to count participants, manage access and keep track of distributed wristbands.
Can the wristband be used outdoors and withstand water?

Can one order include several different colours?
