We go through every file before printing. You will receive an order confirmation telling you whether the artwork is ready for production or whether it still needs adjustment. Artwork review is always free of charge.
Artwork technical specifications:
  • Final size: 400 × 1200 mm
  • Visible print area: 400 × 1170 mm
  • Bottom edge into cassette: approx. 30 mm (not visible)
  • Bleed: 3 mm on every edge
  • Safe area: important elements 30 mm in from the edges
  • Resolution: 150 dpi at actual size
  • Colour space: CMYK recommended (RGB also accepted)
  • Fonts: embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines
Design tips for a narrow format:

The narrow shape (40 cm wide) favours concise, vertical typography. Keep main messages short, use a large font and avoid wide elements. Keep the most important message at the top – the lower portion may be hidden behind a table or products.

Several files can be packed into a single zip archive before sending.

Note about the preview: the preview shown below displays only the first page of the PDF, but the whole file with all pages uploads correctly.
