Upload artwork or send your materials
You can submit the funeral card artwork in two ways – either as a finished print-ready PDF or as raw materials, from which we will compile the finished card for you.
We review your artwork personally.
We go through every file before printing. You will receive an order confirmation telling you whether the artwork is ready for production or whether it still needs adjustment. Artwork review is always free of charge.
Option 1: Print-ready PDF- Final size: A6 (105×148 mm), A5 (148×210 mm) or 105×210 mm
- Bleed 3 mm on every edge
- Safe area 3 mm in from the trim line
- Resolution 300 dpi, CMYK colour space recommended
- Fonts embedded in the PDF
- Single-sided card: 1 page in the PDF
- Double-sided card: 2 pages in the PDF (front + back)
Option 2: Raw materials – we'll compile the cardSend us what you have – we'll take care of the rest:
- The deceased's name, dates of birth and death
- A photograph (jpg, png, heic – phone photos work too)
- A memorial verse (a poem, a Bible verse or a free-form memorial text)
- A wish for a symbol or motif (e.g. a cross, flower, bird or heart)
- A wish for a coordinated look, if you're also ordering a funeral programme
We'll send you a preview for approval before printing.

Several files can be packed into a single zip archive before sending.
Timeline: Get in touch about 5–7 days before the memorial service. This gives us time to compile the card, send you a preview and print it on schedule. For urgent cases, contact us – we'll look at the fastest possible timeline together.
Note about the preview: the preview shown below displays only the first page of the PDF, but the whole file with all pages uploads correctly.
