Upload your print-ready background template (PDF) and any name list (Excel) here. If your material isn't ready yet, you can add the product to your cart and upload the files later.

We check your material personally.
We review every file and name list before printing. You'll receive an order confirmation telling you whether the material is ready for production or still needs a fix.
1. Print-ready PDF:
  • Background template: graphics, logos, colours, roles and zones
  • CMYK, 300 dpi, 2 mm bleed on every edge
  • QR/barcode at least 300 dpi, sufficient contrast and clear space around it
  • Mark where names and roles will go
2. Name list (for personalisation, Excel or similar):
  • Format .xls, .xlsx or .ods
  • One column = one field: Name / Organisation / Role / Zone
  • Double-sided passes: put the second side's details in their own column
  • Check the spelling – we use the data as supplied

Other file formats should be compressed (e.g. into a zip) before sending.

About the preview: the preview below shows only the first page of the PDF, but the whole file with all its pages uploads correctly.
