Responsible printing: we print with plant-based inks, and our card stocks are FSC- or PEFC-certified.

The background template contains the card's graphics, logos, colours and layout.

- Bleed: 2 mm on every edge
- Name placement: mark where the attendees' names will go
- Supply two PDFs: one with sample text, one with the background only
2. Name list (Excel or similar)
Personalisation is based on your name list, so a clear table speeds up production.
- Format: .xls, .xlsx or .ods
- One column = one field: First name / Surname / Company / Title
- Double-sided cards: put the second side's details in their own column
- Check the spelling: we use the data as supplied
